Copper Short Barrel 2-Hole Compression Lugs
Built for professional electrical installations, these compression lugs combine high-conductivity copper construction with a compact short barrel design, allowing dependable performance even in tight installation spaces.
Manufactured from high-purity copper and finished with uniform electro-tin plating, these lugs offer excellent conductivity while providing corrosion resistance that helps protect connections from oxidation and environmental exposure. The tin plating also improves long-term electrical performance by maintaining low contact resistance in both indoor and outdoor electrical environments.
Unlike single-hole connectors, 2-hole compression lugs provide added mechanical stability and help prevent lug rotation after installation. The dual mounting holes allow the lug to be securely bolted to bus bars, grounding bars, electrical panels, transformers, and other equipment terminals. This makes two-hole lugs especially well suited for applications where vibration, thermal expansion, or heavy current loads require a more stable termination.
Short Barrel Design
The short barrel design offers a compact connector that is easier to install where space is limited. Despite the shorter barrel length, these compression lugs still provide strong and reliable crimp connections when installed with the proper compression tool and die index. This makes them ideal for many standard electrical termination applications where long barrel connectors are not necessary.
