Brand Name Lighting has partnered with the EPA’s ENERGY STAR program, and offers ENERGY STAR qualified light bulbs.
As an ENERGY STAR partner, Brand Name Lighting made a number of commitments as outlined in the program requirements, including to stock and promote ENERGY STAR products; to feature ENERGY STAR certified products online and to train sales staff about the value of ENERGY STAR.
The ENERGY STAR label was created by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the Department of Energy (DOE), to help consumers easily identify and purchase energy efficient products and services. ENERGY STAR qualifying products use less energy than standard products to do the same amount of work, allowing consumers to reduce energy use, thereby cutting back on the pollution that stems from energy production.
